LICON Laboratories S.A. has a Governing Body with full authority and independence to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Anti-Bribery Management System.

Any employee who fails to comply with this policy may be subject to administrative, civil, criminal, and/or contractual actions following an investigation. All staff are required to report any action, behavior, information, or evidence that may compromise this Anti-Bribery Policy.
